Questions, answered
Is the sample really free?
Yes. We build it, send you the link, and you decide. If it's not for you, you don't pay anything and there's nothing to cancel.
What do I need to send you?
Nothing to start with. We use what's already public, like your Google listing, Facebook page and reviews. If you'd like your own photos, logo or prices on it, just email them over.
How fast can it be ready?
We aim to send your free sample within a couple of working days. Once you're happy and have paid the setup fee, going live is usually quick. The main wait is getting your web address connected.
Who owns the web address (domain)?
You do. If you'd like your own address, like yourbusiness.co.uk, it's registered in your name. The yearly domain fee is paid to the domain company and isn't part of our price. If you already have a domain, we can use that.
What does the £15 a month cover?
Hosting, keeping the site online and secure, and changes whenever you need them: opening hours, prices, photos, new reviews or holiday notices. Just email what you'd like changed.
What happens if I cancel?
There's no contract, so you can cancel any time by emailing us. Your monthly payments stop, and the site comes down at the end of the month you've paid for. Your domain stays yours, and we'll send you a copy of your site's files if you ask.
Can I ask for changes to the sample before I pay?
Of course. Tell us what you'd like different, like wording, colours, photos or what's shown first, and we'll update the sample so you can see it before deciding.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, a secure payment provider. There's a one-off £99 setup payment, then £15 a month. We never see or store your card details.
